It is movement, contact, communication, and the stirrings of the mind. It is the flexibility of action - the quick, alert, sparkling and new. It reaches out and upward, down and inwards. It is buoyant, bending, yielding to the mood, yet strong and persistent.

To me air means weightlessness, it is fresh and it is impossible to restrain. Air is something we all need, and in a way, long to be.

The colours of air and what they represent:

• LIGHT BLUE: Understanding, health, tranquility, protection, peace, general happiness, sharpens the power to perceive, spiritual awareness, patience
